Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities

Maintain company’s HR employee files, policies, and programs. Ensure HR department activities are in line with government regulations. Responsible for Screening new applicants and participate in interviews. Provide new employees’ orientation sessions. Assist with staff inquiries about benefits and compensation. Create and maintain physical and digital records of employees, subcontractors, and new job applications. Handle worker disputes/complaints. Create job description templates for current positions and future positions. Maintain company’s workers handbook and update policies as needed. Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8-4.

Salary: $58,026 per year

Requirements

Must have one years of experience in Human Resources. Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish).
